Report on YFP Santa Cruz 2006
The first Yoga for Peace in Santa Cruz was a wonderful success. At least 130 yogis turned out to offer their practice under the warm California sun. With the support of regional yoga studios and local businesses, we raised $1000 for the charitable organization, the Fellowship of Reconciliation, an interfaith group deditacted to peace, justice, and non-violence through education, training, coalition building, and compassionate direct action.
